- We recommend that you go outside and turn on your Sleepin Bed as soon as you start camping. Unzip the zipper keeping the product folded in half to lay flat, then leave the "IN" valve open for about 10 minutes to facilitate pre-inflation.

You can inflate the rest with your mouth. To find out if its bulge is correct, you should feel the ground lightly while sitting on it. After the mat is inflated, it will be easy to close with a zipper.

- Open your Sleepin Bed's "OUT" valve, then unzip both sides of the duvet all the way to the bottom.

Fold the product in half with the quilt inside and close the zips of the mat together. Roll from head to feet, applying pressure on the mat to deflate.

Tip: You can gently press down on the mat with your knees to let the air out.
